• Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable.
• Digital courses or downloads accessed immediately are exempt from the standard EU 14-day withdrawal right once access is granted.
• If a participant does not attend without cancellation, full tuition remains payable.

All site content—including text, graphics, videos, course materials, audio files, and trademarks—is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected under international copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt any content without prior written permission.

5. User Conduct
