>> Why this is the book for you!

In the last 14 years, I have had the pleasure of helping over 15,000 students become more skilled readers – achieve more speed, focus, and comprehension in their reading material. I have helped people from all walks of life – budding readers of seven, University students, busy and ambitious blue-collar and white-collar workers to high paying executives, actors, musicians and senior citizens. My youngest student at the age of 7 and the oldest was 94 years old.

One thing I noticed about all of them is the simple fact that holds true for everyone. Reading is a skill, and like any skill, it can be mastered if you put your mind to it and exercise and train your skills. No matter what age, social group, income – everyone who wants to achieve better reading skills – can do it.

A man who reads only one book a year – will never have the same skill as a man who reads a book a week. He can achieve the same skill – but only by taking the time to read more. When I take people through my 21-day exercise program, I am handing them a masterplan – a key – the potential for more skills in any given field. Like any teacher, trainer, coach out there knows – the key to more skills – is exercise and training. Being willing to take the time that is necessary to achieve something greater than before.

You can, of course, get better at anything by just going out there and do more of it – read more books, run more runs, swim more, play more guitar and so on. But if there is something inherently flawed with your running/swimming/reading habit today – you can never go as far. In the same way as all the greats have their coaches, teachers, and mentors on their way to greatness. You gain better results by having a coach lay out an exercise plan and help you work through your old outdated habits and help you create new, upgraded habits in your chosen field.

My belief is that you picked this book, or researched this book – because you need to read more, want to read more or want to know if that is at all possible. Yes – it is possible, and in this book, I give you the first steps on becoming a more skilled reader. That is why this book is for you!

>> Why did I write these series for you!

This is the first book of a series that will be available on Kindle over the course of the next 2 to 3 years. My main reason for taking the step to write these series is that I have been infuriated at seeing some of these appalling speed reading books that have been published over the last few years on Kindle.

Some of them were certainly not written by a knowledgeable person in the art of speed reading. Some were probably done by someone who just happened to read a good book on speed reading and wanted to cash in on his own short and low cost version of that book.

In the last fourteen years, I have focused on only one thing in my life – to help people become more skilled readers. On my journey, I have had the privilege to help more than 15,000 people from all walks of life. Now I need to take the next step myself - and help you become a more skilled reader.

So – this book – even though it is short and low cost is definitely not a short introductory pamphlet or booklet. I introduce and teach the CORE Speed Reading EXERCISE that thousands of people have used and gained more speed, focus, and skill on their way to becoming an amazing reader. I will tackle 7 reading habits that are holding you back and 7 common misconceptions people have about reading. And I provide you with access to a free e-learning course on my website that accompanies this book to help you even further on your journey.
